We invite you to join us at our cosy Autumn Secret Squirrel supper club; a relaxed evening of eating, cooking, learning and sharing skills with your community, in a lovely local venue.
Lia’s Kitchen will treat you to warming Autumnal dishes, inspired by the comforting, rich flavours and colours of the season. This is no ordinary supper club. You’ll get the chance to help prepare some of the dishes, learn some of Lia’s culinary tips and will hopefully be inspired to take these ideas back home to your own kitchen.
We also want to give our guests the opportunity to share a skill or talk about a local, community project they are involved with. For example you may want to demo a practical skill like taking cuttings or darning a sock, or maybe you have experience or tips to share such as preserving food, growing knowledge or how to organise a community litter pick. It’s your chance to share your skills and knowledge with your community and to inspire others to do the same. When you book your ticket you’ll be asked if you have anything you’d like to share on the night, it’s completely optional of course, and we’ll choose a few to feature.
You will be able to purchase soft drinks throughout the night which will support the local venue and you can bring your own alcohol if you wish. There will be a small charge for ‘corkage’, proceeds from which will go back into the Green Squirrel project. Most of the dishes will be vegetarian.
The ticket price includes all food and activities. Places are limited and a total bargain at just £15.99
