Calling all students! Come along to Cardiff University Students’ Union on Tuesday 10th March to meet our food waste team who will be sharing lots of FREE tips and tasters!
You can pick up tools and information about how to minimise your food waste and save money. Lia’s kitchen will be sharing recipes and tasters of dishes you can make with food that we commonly throw away. Have a go on our smoothie bike and make a food waste pledge.
Did you know…we throw away 7 million tonnes of food & drink from our homes every year, the majority of which could have been eaten. It costs the average household £60 a month & is bad for the environment too!
